This Tutorial will help
you install VM Plug In
Psp 8 & 9 come with a
Folder named Plugins so no need to make one up
When your Download
opens you will get this box below
Click Open
They Begin To Extract
This Box will open -
Click Actions
Select All
They will all turn Grey
or Blue Now
With them all
highlighted Click Extract
This Box will Open -
Click My Computer
Local Disc (C:)
Highlight your
Plugins and Click as below to make a new Folder . I
do this with all my Plugins to keep them nice and
Tidy
This box will appear -
Name It then click OK
You will now see your
new folder you made
Click Extract
VM will now be
Extracted to your folder that you just made :)
That's You Done . Open
an Image in Psp 8 or 9 . Go to Effects -Plugins and you
will see VM
