When you 1st open PSP X you
should see your Browser at the bottom of your Workspace. If it is
not there go to
View - Palettes - Browser
Click on the scrollbar where
the arrow indicates
This will
bring up a list of your Drives, folders etc
Select "My
Documents"
I usually
save my images to "My Pictures"
Use the
scrollbar to find the folder you are looking for
Click
on the folder (I chose "My Pictures") and you will see your images
open
Select your
image and click on it to open it in psp.
You can also
scroll through your folders by using the list on the side
