FOR PSP 9

Go to ADD and scroll until you find your plugins folder

Make sure you check   the boxes  shown below

 

Click OK

Now go to FILE - NEW and open a new blank Image.

Go to EFFECTS - PLUG-INS

You should now see your Visman Filters
