Make a card to leave at another site or
to greet someone, they are very useful lol.
Open PSP. Go to FILE - NEW
I usually make mine 250x150,but you can choose any size that suits you.
Click OK
Go to STYLES
and click on the little black arrow, you get this box,
click on the paintbrush (this is your solid colour)
Now click on a colour in the colour palette, and the colour should now
be in the box.
Go to your FLOOD FILL TOOL
and click inside your calling card box.
To add a TUBE, go to LAYERS on your menu bar at the top,
then ADD NEW RASTER LAYER and click OK in the box that
appears.
Go to your TUBE TOOL
 and click on
it. Select TOOL OPTIONS 
on the Menu Bar
To open your tube directory, Click inside the tube window
to choose your tube.
You will have to play around with your tube to get the right size, don't
worry if its not right, just go to EDIT and UNDO PICTURE TUBE
(I love that undo option lol, you can undo anything you have done)
Click the tube into your box, and because you added a new
layer, you can use the MOVER TOOL
 to move it into
place
Now to add Text. Go back to LAYERS and add a new Raster layer.
Choose the colour of your text by selecting the PAINT
DROPPER TOOL
and move it over the colour palette or part of the image
you would like your text to match, and left click on it.
Go to TEXT
 and click inside your
card box
Choose your Font, size and style. Click OK.
Use the mover tool again to move the text into place. Go to SELECTIONS
and SELECT NONE. Repeat this until you have all your text in
place.
Go to LAYERS
- MERGE - MERGE VISIBLE
That is a basic calling card. Now you can add your effects like sparkles
etc (see add sparkles tutorial)
Go to FILE - SAVE AS
