This is how my layer palette looked with the butterflies I didn't like

To delete a layer click on the layer to make it active then go to
Layers > Delete or Right
click on the layer and click on Delete

Ok, just our text to add now
Add a New Layer and click on the Text tool

Use the Font style, size and colours you like
Floating and Anti Alias
checked
Click OK
Move the text into position
Make sure to leave room around the edge so we can a border
Selections > Select None
Add a drop shadow and inner bevel if you like
Go to Layers > Merge Visible
Now we're going to add the border.
Selections > Select All
Selections > Modify > Contract
Type in between 6 and 10 in the box depending on how much space you have
around the edge of the canvas
Selections > Invert
Click on the tube tool and choose the same tube you used for the
background layers
Keep clicking in the marching ants that make the border until it is
filled with your tube.
Selections > Invert
We're going to add a Cut out now
Layers > New raster Layer
(If you don't add a new raster layer, when you apply the cut out you
will lose the centre of your canvas)
Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Cut out and use
the following settings

Add another layer and do another cut out but this time change the
Vertical and Horizontal
to -2
Layers > Merge >
Merge Flatten
Save as a JPEG file and we're done!
