Open PSP and go to FILE - JASC SOFTWARE PRODUCTS -
LAUNCH ANIMATION SHOP.
Go to FILE in Animation Shop and then BROWSE. Find your
glitter tile.
You will see this glitter has 3 frames. Highlight the 1st
frame and go to COPY 
Then open your Paint Shop Pro again. In PSP go to PASTE AS NEW IMAGE
 The 1st frame should
now be open in PSP. Go back to Animation Shop and highlight the 2nd
frame of glitter., repeat the copy and paste until you have all 3 frames
open in PSP, like this
Now go back to FILE then NEW
I used these settings, click OK
Now go to the TEXT ICON
and open your text box. Set your STROKE and FILL boxes
to SOLID COLOUR white. by clicking the little black arrow and
selecting the paintbrush,
Click inside the little colour box to select the colour.
Enter your text, size and font. Click OK.
Make sure the FLOATING and ANTIALIAS boxes are checked
Move your text across by selecting the MOVER TOOL
 and dragging it across.
Keeping your text still selected (with the marching Ants around it) Go
to WINDOW on the menu bar, then DUPLICATE.
You duplicate the text for as many frames of glitter you have. You
should now have this on your screen
Click on your flood fill tool
Next go to the STYLES and TEXTURE boxes underneath the
colour palette and click the little black arrows again. Select
PATTERN (the dotted square) on the styles box. Click inside the
little colour box and this box will appear
Click inside the pattern window and go find your glitters
NOTE EACH GLITTER FRAME IS
NAMED IMAGE 1, IMAGE 2, IMAGE 3. USE THE GLITTER IMAGE 1 FOR
TEXT 1, GLITTER IMAGE 2 FOR TEXT 2 AND GLITTER IMAGE 3 FOR TEXT 3.
Click glitter 1
Click OK. It appears in the STYLES box. You don't need to
do anything to the TEXTURE BOX.
Highlight the 1st frame of your text. The marching Ants should
re-appear. Floodfill your text with the glitter
Now go back to the Patterns Menu and do the same as before, but
this time select glitter 2 to Floodfill Text 2. Then select Glitter 3 to
Floodfill Text 3.
All 3 Text boxes should have glitter in them now.
If you are having difficulty get your text to Flood fill
properly, check the settings of your Flood fill tool by right clicking
on flood fill, and then TOOL OPTIONS,
Use these settings
Highlight
Text 1 and
Go to SELECTIONS on the menu bar and SELECT NONE.
Next go to FILE and SAVE AS
Save it where you will find it easily, name and number it No 1. Do the same to
text 2 and 3 numbering them 2 and 3.
Now open Animation Shop again, go to Animation Wizard
 (just under FILE.) Click next in
the box that appears making sure transparent is selected in the second
one, until you get to this box
Click ADD IMAGE, select where you saved your text and click on
the 1st one you saved it will appear in the box like this
Find the other 2 and do the same, when you have them all, click NEXT.,
and then FINISH.
Your animation should now appear. Crop it if you need to.
Then back to FILE and SAVE AS
You should now have your glitter sig
