Right click and save the image to your hard drive
Open the image in PSP, press Shift + D to make a copy and close the
original
Click on the clone tool
 and then tool
options
Use the following settings
Right click on the ducks tail feathers
By doing this the tool takes a picture of the image you have chosen to
clone
Now move your mouse so the tool is in front of the original duck
Press the Left mouse button and keeping it pressed begin to "paint" a
new duck
Keep painting until you have a full clone of the original duck
Save your image and we're done!
