The sparkle
effect always works best over 3 frames
X off the 2 copy
layers and making sure the bottom layer is highlighted
go to
Effects - Plugin effects - VM Natural. - Sparkle
and set at
X off this layer
and move on to layer 2
use these settings
X out layers 1 and
2 and open layer 3
use
these settings
Go to SELECTIONS -
SELECT NONE
Now
making sure ALL
your layers are open
save as PSP Image
- Sparkle Tag
Open Animation Shop
Go to FILE - BROWSE
and find the psp
image you saved
Select Run
Animation
and once happy save
as
