For
this tutorial you will need:
PSP 7

Open PSP and go
to
File -
Preferences - File Locations
Click the tab
at the top Plug-in Filters
Now select
BROWSE and find the folder have put your
plug-ins into.
Click OK
It should now
appear in the list
Now go to FILE
- NEW and open a new blank Image.
Go to EFFECTS -
PLUG-IN FILTERS
You should now
see your Eye Candy Plugin
You should now
see your Eye Candy Plugin
