Installing Plug_ins To PSP 9

For this tutorial you will need:
PSP 9

FOR PSP 9

Go to ADD

Make sure you check ALL the boxes shown below

Click OK

Now go to FILE - NEW and open a new blank Image.

Go to EFFECTS - PLUG-INS

You should now see your Eye Candy filter
