Click on your Browse Icon
 and
open your image
Click on your Magic Wand Icon
 and
set as below
(Make sure MODE is set to ADD)
Depending on what Image you are using you may have to
play around with your Tolerance settings
Using your Magic
Wand select the Background areas you want to remove
- see below
Once the areas are selected go to Selections -
Invert
With the Marching Ants still around your Background go
to Edit - Copy
Open up Animation Shop
Go Edit - Paste as New Animation
Your Image will now be Transparent - save your work
